SANTA CLARA, Calif. – The women's tennis team's season has come to an end in the semifinals of the West Coast Conference Championships on Friday, falling to No. 8-ranked Pepperdine University 4-0.
"We lost today, but (the team) really put in a great effort," said head coach Ben Cabell. "We almost pulled out the doubles point and fought really hard today. They've done that the whole year, so I'm really proud of them and they deserve to get credit for a great season."
