SAN MATEO, Calif. — Santa Clara women's cross country was recognized for its performance in the classroom and in the competitive arena on Wednesday. Hannah Aguirre, Sasha Codiga, Maiya Fujiwara, Hayley Harrison, Sarah King and Hope Olbricht each received a West Coast Conference All-Academic Honorable Mention accolade.
King (bioengineering major) earned her third-straight honorable mention and Olbricht (biology and public health science double-major) was recognized for the second-straight season. Aguirre (physics), Codiga (child studies and political science double-major), Fujiwara (bioengineering) and Harrison (psychology) were all eligible for the first time in 2020-21 as sophomores.
