LOS ANGELES — Santa Clara volleyball dropped the first of a two-match road swing at LMU on Sunday. The Lions topped the Broncos 25-11, 25-14, 25-18 in a West Coast Conference matchup at Gersten Pavilion.
The teams meet up again on Monday at 3 p.m.
Isabella Bareford produced 31 assists and set LMU to a .414 hitting percentage, the third-best mark by a WCC squad this season. Rose Booth hit .407 with a match-high 12 kills. Kari Geissberger (10 kills on .345 hitting), Audrey Klemp (10 kills on .474 hitting) and Sierra Bartley (eight kills on .
