2020 WCC Women's Tennis All-Academic Release
SAN BRUNO, Calif. – Santa Clara women's tennis had seven student-athletes honored for their work in the classroom by the West Coast Conference, the highest total for the program since at least 1994.
Pothoff is a marketing major with a 3.785 GPA. The senior entered the season ranked No. 76 in singles and No. 58 in doubles (along with Gevargiz) in the Oracle/ITA Preseason National Rankings. Pothoff played at number one in the lineup all season in both singles and doubles and posted a team-high 11 singles and 16 doubles wins overall.
