College Sports Communicators Release
AUSTIN, Texas - Santa Clara softball student-athlete Ashley Trierweiler was named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic Second-Team All-America® Team, adding yet another accolade to her impressive haul since the end of the 2023 season.
Academic All-America® Program, selected by College Sports Communicators College Sports Communicators (CSC) began the distinguished Academic All-America® program in 1952, and since then, has honored more than 38,000 deserving student-athletes from numerous sports across all divisions.
Softball was added to the Academic All-America program in 1983 and Trierweiler is the first Bronco softball student-athlete to be recognized.
