BRIDGEPORT, Pa. – Three Santa Clara women's water polo seniors earned national recognition.
Lydia Dadd, Hailey Eberle and Maggie Oys were named honorable mention All-Americans by the Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches (ACWPC).
A three-year starting goalie who hails from Fremont California, Dadd led the Golden Coast Conference in blocks (128) this season. A three-time member of ACWPC All-Academic team, she started in 64 of her 74 career appearances, totaling 584 saves and 58 steals.
Eberle, a three-year starter and team captain from Orinda, California, led the team in goals (31), assists (24), steals (21) and field blocks (7) this season.
