SANTA CLARA, Calif. — For the second season in a row, Santa Clara cross country is the West Coast Conference's top group in terms of all-academic recognition. Evan Misuraca was named to the WCC All-Academic Team as one of 14 Broncos to earn an accolade, announced by the conference on Wednesday.
Misuraca, a junior mechanical engineering major with a 3.83 GPA, scored for the Broncos twice in his five events this fall. The San Diego, California native finished fifth among teammates (seventh overall) with a 6-kilometer 18:27.
