Men’s Water Polo Wins a Pair During Saturday’s Action at the Rodeo Tournament

SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Santa Clara men's water polo picked up a pair of victories during Saturday's action at the school's annual Rodeo Tournament.

The Broncos (8-10) downed Wagner, 14-7, in the morning before knocking off Johns Hopkins, 15-10, in the final game of the day, which featured seven contests at Sullivan Aquatic Center.

Graham McClone (seven) and Dane Estrella (six) combined for 13 goals in the two games.

After Matthew Miller scored to cut the Wagner (7-16) deficit to 7-6 with 6:21 left in the third quarter, the Broncos reeled off the next seven goals and held the Seahawks scoreless for more than 14 minutes of action.
