SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Vasileios Iliopoulos and Dominic Barretto closed out their Bronco careers with a victory to help Santa Clara men's tennis to a 5-2 win over San Francisco in Saturday's season finale.
With the win, Santa Clara finished the season above .500 at 8-7 and evened its conference record at 4-4.
Prior to the match there was a presentation for the two outgoing graduate students, Iliopoulos and Barretto, as part of Senior Day celebration.
The Broncos sprinted out of the gates in doubles action as Barretto teamed up with Guillaum Dalmasso to help secure the doubles point.
