Men's Soccer Stay on Road to Face Evansville on Sunday

SANTA CLARA, Calif. – After making a cross country trip to earn a 2-0 shutout win against Lipscomb on Friday, Santa Clara men's soccer stay on the road to face Evansville on Sunday at Noon PT in just the second meeting against the Purple Aces. The first meeting came in 1988 when the two squads played to a 1-all draw.

The Broncos have won back-to-back matches for the first time this season behind a balanced scoring and steady defense. In the last two matches, a 3-1 win over UNLV and 2-0 shutout of Lipscomb, five different Broncos have scored, outshooting the opponents 29-19.
