SANTA CLARA, Calif. – The Santa Clara men's golf team gets back on the course Thursday, heading up the road to Stanford to compete in The Goodwin tournament. The three-day event will cover 54-holes of stroke play on the 6,727-yard, par-70 Stanford Golf Course.
One of the most prestigious events in the country, The Goodwin routinely draws a strong field and this year's version is no different. No. 1 USC and tournament host No. 8 Stanford highlight the 25-team field. Also included are 13 other schools ranked in the top 100, according to the latest Golfstat.
