Men's Basketball Faces Washington State on Tuesday to Close Out Homestand

SANTA CLARA, Calif. - Santa Clara men's basketball will close out its season-opening three-game homestand with a matchup against Washington State, the first of three Pac-12 opponents on this year's schedule.

The Broncos and Cougars (1-0) will face off on Tuesday at 7 p.m. in Leavey Center.

Santa Clara (2-0) won both games last week, leading nearly the entire way in each. The Broncos rolled past UC Santa Cruz, an independent in Division III, by the score of 97-52 as six players reached double figures led by DJ Mitchell's 18 points.
