STOCKTON, Calif. - Behind a career-best game from freshman Kate Rodman and solid play in the net once again from senior Grace Kavanagh, Santa Clara women's water polo closed out the regular season by giving No. 16 Pacific everything they could handle in a hard-fought 12-9 loss on Friday afternoon.
Rodman scored four goals, nearly doubling her goal count for the year (five entering today) and also came away with a pair of steals. Mia Battilega added a pair of goals and an assist while Kelly Frumkin had a hand in two assits and one goal.
