SANTA CLARA, Calif. – A trip down south to compete in the Battle at the Rock opens the spring season for Santa Clara women's golf. The 17-team field will play 54 holes over two days starting Monday at the 6,093-yard, par-72 Oak Quarry Golf Club in Riverside, Calif.
The Broncos did not place better than 10th in any of their four fall tournaments and look forward to a new start in the spring at an event where they've enjoyed success. Junior Sarah Busey notched a top-5 finish to propel the Broncos to a third-place showing last year.
