LAS VEGAS – Santa Clara baseball is on to the semifinals of the West Coast Conference Tournament after a 15-3 win over second-seeded Portland Thursday night.

Down 2-0 four batters into the game, the Broncos (33-18) offense would explode for three runs in the third and four more in the fourth to take control of the game. They would add single runs in the fifth and seventh before putting things away with a six-spot in the ninth.

Coleman Brigman was the offensive star, finishing with a home run, a double, a run scored, and five RBIs.
