I really want to congratulate San Jose State on its stadium naming-rights deal, but like some politicians have said recently, I'm not quite there yet.
That's because when I hear CEFCU -- it's pronounced "seff-koo" -- I want to say "Gesundheit!" CEFCU Stadium rolls off the tongue like a line on an eye chart.Fans I've talked to have wondered why San Jose State didn't make a deal like this with Adobe, Cisco, Google or any of a number of Silicon Valley companies whose engineering corps are largely made of SJSU grads. I'd bet if San Jose State could have landed any of those deals, it would have.
