ANAHEIM – Antti Suomela and Rourke Chartier made their moves on Thursday night.
With just a few roster spots on the Sharks up for grabs heading into their season opener in two weeks, the young centers picked good times to deliver three-point performances in a 7-3 win against the Anaheim Ducks at Honda Center on Thursday.
Suomela had two goals and an assist in his second preseason game with the Sharks. The 24-year-old from Finland said he felt much more comfortable than he did in a 4-1 win against the Ducks in San Jose on Tuesday.
