SAN JOSE - San Jose Sharks (@SanJoseSharks) General Manager Doug Wilson announced today that the club has recalled forward Bryan Lerg (@blerg11) from the San Jose Barracuda (@sjbarracuda) of the AHL.
Lerg, 29, has posted two goals and six shots on goal in three games as the captain of the Barracuda, ranking 2nd on the team in goals. He posted 41 points (13-28=41) in 68 games with Worcester last season, and scored one goal in two games with the Sharks in 2014-15.
A five-foot-ten, 175-pound native of Livonia, Michigan, Lerg was signed as a free agent by San Jose on July 10, 2014.
