SAN JOSE, CA –
Wilson will be honored at the annual San Jose Sports Hall of Fame Enshrinement Banquet on Tues., Nov. 2 at SAP Center at San Jose, along with fellow inductees Mike Bruner (Swimming), Raymond Townsend (Basketball) and Aly Wagner (Soccer).
He becomes the fourth member of the Sharks organization to be recognized, following original owner George Gund III (2008), goaltender Arturs Irbe (2010) and forward Owen Nolan (2014).
Wilson has been a member of the San Jose community since the Sharks acquired him from the Chicago Blackhawks for their inaugural season in 1991.
