The Sharks find themselves in their 10th deciding game to climax what has been an entertaining and suspense-filled second-round Western Conference Stanley Cup playoff series against the Predators. The winner advances to the conference finals against the winner of Wednesday’s other West Game 7: St. Louis at Dallas.
“It’s two good teams going at it. It should come down to a Game 7,” Sharks head coach Peter DeBoer said following Monday’s 4-3 overtime loss in Nashville. “We’re excited and we’re looking forward to it in our building.
