SAN JOSE — The Sharks said they had a surprise in store for the first intermission of their game against the Vegas Golden Knights on Saturday at SAP Center. Generally, though, it was known that they would be debuting their new third jersey.
The surprise came in who wore it in public for the first time.
After the lights dimmed inside the arena after the end of the first intermission, defensemanErik Karlsson emerged from the walkway the Sharks use to come out of right before every game sporting the new sweater.
Karlsson skated on the ice for a few seconds before he did an in-house interview.
