The Sharks Foundation teamed up with Make-A-Wish to grant Selena Urban’s, 17, a wish to meet her favorite hockey team. The renal transplant patient from Los Banos visited the ice hockey team on Friday and was presented with her own team jersey.

General Manager Doug Wilson presented the teen with a hockey stick as she made her way toward the ice though a throng of cheering staff members at SAP Center. The Sharks’ Joe Thornton escorted the emotional Urban onto the ice where she posed for a photograph with the entire team.
