SAN JOSE – Goalie James Reimer, acquired on Sunday from Toronto, will meet the Sharks on Wednesday night in Vancouver according to coach Pete DeBoer.
It will be Martin Jones in net against the Canucks on Thursday, though.
“We’re going to play Jonesy tomorrow,” DeBoer said. “We’ll get [Reimer] a good day with us on the ice tomorrow morning, and then another practice day, and we’ll see about the weekend.”
The Sharks host Vancouver on Saturday, and play a back-to-back in Calgary and Edmonton next Monday and Tuesday.
Jones will be making his 10th straight start for the Sharks, looking for another victory in what has been a successful first season so far as a full-time starter.
