For the third straight postseason series, the Sharks lost in Game 2 after opening with a Game 1 victory as the Blues beat San Jose 4-2 on Monday night to even the best-of-7 series.
St. Louis defensemen Vince Dunn and Robert Bortuzzo each scored goals in the second period and then helped the Blues stave off the Sharks’ comeback efforts.
Logan Couture scored two more goals in the loss for San Jose, giving him an NHL-leading 13 goals and 19 points in the postseason.
