SAN JOSE — After eight months of waiting — plus a week of training camp — Sharks center Joe Thornton feels it might be time to suit up for a game again.
It appears a few more of the Sharks regular players will dress for Saturday’s preseason game against the Vegas Golden Knights at SAP Center — a group that could include Thornton but will not include defenseman Erik Karlsson.
Several of the Sharks’ top players went through a crisp 50-minute practice Friday morning with Thornton once again skating on San Jose’s top line with captain Joe Pavelski and Evander Kane.
