This afternoon marks another tough test for the San Jose Sharks as the Colorado Avalanche arrive in the Bay Area. The Avs are 7-4-1 this season and currently sit atop the Central Division with 18 points. The good news for the Sharks is that this Colorado team could be a bit road weary. This is a short road trip for the Avalanche, but the second of a back-to-back series that started off in Las Vegas yesterday. Colorado beat the Vegas Golden Knights 4-2, but then had to travel to San Jose and now have a day game today as well.
