The roster is set for the 2019 MLS Homegrown Game presented by Energizer®, with players from US and Canadian youth national teams set to represent the league. MLS announced on Tuesday that five changes have been made to the roster, including the addition of LA Galaxy midfielder Efrain Alvarez.
The team, coached by Orlando City SC academy director Marcelo Neveleff, will face Chivas de Guadalajara’s Under-20 Team, who announced their traveling roster on Tuesday. The match will take place on July 30 at 5 pm ET at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex near Orlando, Fla.
