RECAP: Quakes take frustrating loss in NYC

NEW YORK CITY, N.Y. – The San Jose Earthquakes fell to Nw York City FC 2-1 at Yankee Stadium on Saturday afternoon. A pair of goals from the home side canceled out an early score by Quakes forward Marco Ureña – his first with the club. San Jose played the final 10 minutes down a man following a red card to defender Victor Bernardez.

The Earthquakes will return home to take on Seattle Sounders FC at Avaya Stadium on Saturday, April 8.
