On what Darwin Ceren brings to the San Jose Earthquakes:
“I like his tenacity and I think he is a good passer with the ball. After speaking with people who have been around him, they say his attitude day-to-day is fantastic. Looking at our team and seeing where we feel we need a little bit more depth, the middle of the field is something we were concentrating on. We just put out a little question to Orlando and they came back favorably and we worked out a deal. I like the player, he covers a lot of ground, he is a good tackler and he holds his space very well.
