Player Spotlight: Chris Wondolowski's 2015 Season in Review

The man. The myth. The legend. Forward and captain Chris Wondolowski leads the Quakes attack once again, smashing the MLS record books seemingly every week.

  • Appearances: Wondolowski made 31 appearances this season, second most of his 11-year MLS career (32 in 2012).
  • 100 MLS Goals: On May 24, Wondolowski converted a penalty kick against Orlando City SC to earn his 100th MLS goal, becoming only the ninth player in league history to reach the milestone.
  • 100 Earthquakes Goals: As part of a brace in a 5-0 win at Sporting Park, Wondolowski scored his 100th career goal for the Quakes, becoming the fourth player to ever score 100 goals for a single club (Landon Donovan – LA; Jaime Moreno – DC; Taylor Twellman – NE).
