The Quakes made a significant jump up in ESPN's Power Rankings this week going from seventh place to third place. In less that two weeks, the Quakes outscored their bitter rivals, LA Galaxy, 6-1, which helped justify their ascension up the list. The Quakes are sitting in fifth place in the Western Conference with 20 matches played and only four points off second place. It seems that with every match, the Quakes continue to prove that they can get a result against anyone.
