SAN JOSE, Calif. – The San Jose Earthquakes will host their seventh annual A&W Root Beer Float Night on Saturday, Aug. 5, starting at 5:30 p.m. PT in the 7UP Epicenter prior to the club’s match against Columbus Crew SC. The inter-conference matchup is scheduled to kickoff at 7:30 p.m.
Fans will have delicious A&W Root Beer Floats prepared for them by a host of recognizable Bay Area celebrities, including U.S. Women’s National Team veteran Brandi Chastain, 99.7 [NOW!] morning show personalities Greg Sherrell, Shan Berries and Jackie Hollywood, and Quakes broadcasters Anthony Passarelli, Chris Dangerfield and Danielle Slaton.
