SAN JOSE, Calif. – The San Jose Earthquakes announced today that the club has signed midfielder Lindo Mfeka to a multi-year contract.
Mfeka, 22, officially joins San Jose’s roster after the club selected him as the No. 28 overall pick in the 2017 Major League Soccer SuperDraft.
“Lindo is a promising talent that took on great challenges leaving his family at a young age to pursue his dream to play professional football one day,” said Earthquakes general manager Jesse Fioranelli. “In an effort to consider Lindo joining our first team in 2018, we will follow and accompany him closely this season.
