SAN JOSE, Calif. – San Jose Earthquakes midfielders Cordell Cato and Darwin Ceren along with forward Marco Ureña have been called to their respective national teams.
Cato will join the Trinidad and Tobago National Team for a pair of 2018 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers against Panama on March 24, where he will face fellow Earthquakes Anibal Godoy and Harold Cummings, and Mexico on March 28. Both games will take place at Hasely Crawford Stadium in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago.
Cato, 24, has made 21 appearances for T&T, scoring three goals. Cato most recently featured in a pair of 2018 FIFA World Cup Qualifying matches, playing 75 minutes in the 2-0 loss to Costa Rica on Nov.
