SAN JOSE, Calif. – The San Jose Earthquakes and U.S. Soccer announced today that Avaya Stadium will host the U.S. Women’s National Team for a friendly against Romania on Thursday, Nov. 10. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. PT and the match will be televised on ESPN2. The match will be the fourth international friendly held at Avaya Stadium this season, with the Quakes home having already hosted La Liga’s Real Sociedad and Liga MX’s C.F. Pachuca, Chivas de Guadalajara and Monarcas Morelia.
“We are excited to welcome the U.S. Women’s National Team back to Avaya Stadium after the exciting match played here on Mother’s Day last year,” said Earthquakes President Dave Kaval.
