The New York Yankees are finalizing a deal to acquire outfielder Andrew Benintendi from Kansas City Royals, sources told ESPN's Jeff Passan.
Three minor leaguers will be headed back to the Royals in exchange for the 28-year-old, who is batting a career-best .320 with three home runs and 39 RBI in 93 games this season.
