Manchester United of the English Premier League will face the Earthquakes in an international friendly at Levi’s Stadium on July 22.
“Having an opportunity to face a renowned club such as Manchester United is both a great source of entertainment for our fans and an exciting challenge for our team,” Earthquakes president Tom Fox said.
The match will be part of Manchester United’s preparations for the 2018-19 Premier League season. The last time the Quakes and Manchester United played each other was July 21, 2015 at Avaya Stadium in the International Champions Cup. United won that match 3-1.
