On Tuesday morning the San Jose Earthquakes announced that Dutch forward Danny Hoesen has obtained his U.S. Green Card and no longer occupies an international slot on the roster. The 28-year-old signed with the Quakes in 2017 and has been the teams biggest offensive threat since then. His 12 goals last season led the team and earned him team MVP honors. His playing time has been limited this season, but now that this minor distraction is out of the way he can focus on figuring out a way to get the Quakes on the scoreboard.
