U.S. Soccer has announced the rosters for their West Regional Mini-Camp in Carson, Calif. to identify talent in the U-14 age group. Nine Earthquakes Academy players have been named to U.S. Soccer’s North Cal Select roster, which will be led by Quakes Academy coach Luciano Fusco.
The Earthquakes Academy players called to the camp include defenders Kevin Hwong, Ethan Kohler and Nathan Rodrigues; midfielders Alex Chow, Martin Kwende Jr. and Randol Villa; and forwards Jose Cortez, Alex Salazar and Dylan Tellado.
The San Jose Earthquakes and LAFC are the two most represented clubs in the U.S. camp, sending nine players to the North Cal roster and the Los Angeles roster, respectively.
