Hello and happy Monday. Welcome to the last week of the year before the baseball season starts.
The San Francisco Giants don’t project to be a particularly good team, but they do have the appearance of a deep team. Opening Night is a week and a half away, but there are still a lot of questions about who will be on the Opening Day roster, and what role they’ll play.
So I want to play a game. Who will lead the Giants in innings played at each position? By my count, there are three locks, health and trades permitting: Buster Posey at catcher, Brandon Belt at first base, and Brandon Crawford at shortstop.
