Wednesday BP: Kyle Harrison cracks Baseball America’s top 100

Hello and happy Wednesday.

On Tuesday, just a week into the Minor League Baseball season, Baseball America added three names to its top 100 prospects list: Cincinnati Reds Major League catcher Tyler Stephenson, New York Mets outfielder Pete Crow-Armstrong, and, most importantly, San Francisco Giants left-handed pitcher Kyle Harrison.

Harrison debuts on the list at No. 99, behind four Giants: Marco Luciano (No. 10), Joey Bart (No. 33), Heliot Ramos (No. 72), and Luis Matos (No. 89). If last week’s trends continue, I suspect Ramos will be rising sooner rather than later.
