To save Joey Bart, the SF Giants need to try something drastic: Stop having him catch

From the moment he was drafted No. 2 overall in 2018, San Francisco Giants catcher Joey Bart was saddled with seemingly impossible-to-meet expectations.

Not only was he the highest-drafted player in San Francisco Giants history — sharing that distinction with the legendary Will Clark, who was also drafted second overall — but he also was ultimately selected to replace a bona fide icon in Buster Posey, a catalyst for the first Giants dynasty since the franchise moved west in 1958.
