If you’re at all like me, the answer is “Yes, take my money, Mr. Baer.” My lightbulb would immediately go off. An all-time Giants great, arguably the greatest postseason pitcher ever, back in a Giants uniform? Are there any 10-game packs available?
Let me be perfectly clear: Bumgarner, who was recently designated for assignment by the Diamondbacks after a dreadful few weeks, isn’t what he used to be. Judging strictly by his results, he’s not even a replacement-level player anymore.
