Mark Trumbo was about as likely a candidate for an in-season trade this year as anyone in the game. It just came a bit earlier than expected, with the Diamondbacks shipping him and left-hander Vidal Nuno to the Mariners for a grab bag that included reliever Dominic Leone, catcher Welington Castillo and a pair of prospects in outfielder Gabriel Guerrero and infielder Jack Reinheimer.
