The SF Giants have a new, unofficial team mascot. It's a voodoo doll, apparently brought to the clubhouse by shortstop Willy Adames. The doll is said to be a sort of good luck charm for the team. The team has played better over the past two weeks, as they've pulled within four games of the Mets for the NL's final Wild Card spot.
The doll, a replica of Jobu from the movie Major League, is reminiscent of another Giants good luck charm.
