The New York Yankees signed pitcher Corey Kluber to a one-year, $11 million contract on Friday after at least 25 teams checked in on the righty including the SF Giants.
Kluber held a showcase on Wednesday where he threw 30 pitches while flashing a fastball that touched 90 MPH and showed good command of his offspeed pitches including a changeup, cutter, and curveball.
