SF Giants manager Bob Melvin has been taking a lot of heat lately. With the team in free fall, it is only natural that he gets some of the blame. While it is not all his fault, if the team continues to spiral he has no other choice than to resign.
The Giants are falling apart before our very eyes. Their record is 59-62 after they were 41-29 on June 13 and were in first place of the National League West. They are losing games in embarrassing fashion, not even looking somewhat competitive as they get crushed at home even when their fans are showing up for them.
