After the All-Star break, it seemed like the SF Giants were all in on trying to make the playoffs this season. They have yet to win a game in the second half which now makes them a potential seller rather than a buyer at the trade deadline.
When the Giants made their blockbuster trade for Rafael Devers back in June, they were playing good baseball and were not far behind the Los Angeles Dodgers in the NL West standings. Now, the Giants find themselves 6.5 games back of LA in the NL West and 3.5 games back of a Wild Card spot.
