The SF Giants have been struggling with starting pitching depth as of late, but they could potentially get a boost to their rotation down the stretch as Landen Roupp is throwing bullpen sessions and could potentially return by the end of the year.
According to Alex Pavlovic of NBC Sports Bay Area on social media, Roupp threw a bullpen session yesterday:

SF Giants could get Landen Roupp back before the end of the season
Not only that, but Carson Whisenhunt and Erik Miller are also making progress as they try to return from injury so the Giants could potentially get some players back who seemed like they were going to be shut down for the rest of the season when the playoffs seemed out of reach.
