The 49ers reportedly are not expected to waive their territorial rights to allow the Raiders to play at the Giants' Oracle Park, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported on Tuesday. That, per Rapoport, leaves the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum and Levi's Stadium as the Raiders' only options in the Bay Area.
